Woodley safely navigated the opening ten minutes of the second half and were rewarded with their third goal in the sixty seventh minute. Moorcroft’s long throw was headed by a defender to the back of his penalty are to Keiran Maylen who passed to Kian Leahy to score his first goal for the club. Man of the match Leahy had an opportunity shortly afterwards to double his tally but shot at Childs.
This was followed by a period of Brook House pressure which resulted in a number of free kicks and corners that Woodley successfully defended and with good use of substitutions United regained control of the match.
