Chris Squire surprised at training - 50 years young

Chris Squire celebrated his 50th birthday last Wednesday and received some gifts from his team at the end of last Thursday's training session.

He received a WUFC woolly hat (as modelled in the picture), a WUFC tracksuit top and trousers and some bottles of his favourite tipple from parents and players, together with cards signed by both players, parents, managers and club officials.

Chris had no idea (phew!) of the planning and said afterwards:

"Huge thanks to everyone. That was really thoughtful and incredibly generous of you all. I'm lucky to be coaching a great bunch of kids with the backing of a great set of parents."
