Games to be played 2-3 April

The first team picked up a deserved win last weekend; this was United's first league points of the year and only their second three points of the season. They are at home to Finchampstead on Saturday knowing that failure to win will see them finish bottom if Old Woodstock Town pick up an unlikely victory at Rayners Lane.

Due to a series of cup matches the reserves are looking for their first league win of 2016; they go to Taplow United who are directly below Woodley. The 'A' side have a home cup game against Shinfield Rangers Mens; Shinfield play two divisions below United. Also playing in a cup competition are the 'B' team; they host TDC Knights who have a healthy lead at the top of Division Five, which is where Woodley play.

If you want goals, go and watch the under 13's Falcons. In three games there have been an incredible thirty nine goals! They have a home game against Highmoor United who have won all three games since the teams were reassigned into new divisions.

The under 12's Spitfires can get to within one point of leaders West Berkshire Warriors if they win away at mid table Eldon Celtic Lions. The under 12's Tigers will be joining the Spitfires in Division One next season after a fantastic campaign that has seen them win fourteen out of fifteen. They will look to rack up another victory at AFC Whitchurch.

Sunday teams

The first team have had a rotten 2016 picking up just one point in nine matches; they host D.C. Steamers who are one point and one place better off than Woodley.

The under 16's, under 15's, all three under 14's sides, under 12's Hurricanes, under 12's Cyclones, under 12's Tornadoes and Sunday reserves don't play.
