Games to be played 6-7 October

A 4-2 home loss saw the Royals difficult start to the season continue at the weekend. This Saturday sees them visit Wraysbury Village who won 9-0 when the sides met at the start of September. United are currently second bottom whilst Wraysbury are sixth.

The ‘A’ side took Reading YMCA Rapids to extra time before going down to a 2-1 defeat in their last game. This was a more than credible performance considering their opponents play two divisions higher. Back in league action this week, they go to Twyford & Ruscombe. Woodley won comfortably in their only league game so far whilst Twyford have picked up four points from three games.

Sunday Teams

Like the Saturday first side United’s Sunday team are yet to pick up a point. They are away at Maiden Place who are unbeaten so far.

After promotion the Reserves have started the season with consecutive losses. They have a home match against Panthers FC Reserves who have lost their last two league matches conceding fourteen in the process.

The Saturday first team are without a match.
