Games to be played 22-25 September

Last weekend’s defeat to AFC Aldermaston means the First Team remain bottom of Hellenic Division One East. They have a home league game against a Penn & Tylers Green side who have won three out of four on Saturday before a Tuesday evening trip to Holyport in the Subsidiary Cup. Holyport came from two goals down to knock United out of the B&BFA Senior Trophy earlier in the month.

The Royals picked up their second win of the season last time out, knocking Wokingham & Emmbrook out of the BBFA Intermediate Cup. They are back in league action on Saturday playing next at Reading City u23’s. Both sides have three points from their opening fixtures although Reading have played a game more.

After a big win in the league a fortnight ago, the ‘A’ team play their first cup game of the season at the weekend. Woodley face Hurst Reserves in the BBFA Junior Cup; Hurst play in the league above whilst United host.

Sunday Teams

The First Team have started with two league losses. They will hope for a bit more luck in their cup game at Paggies Bar.

Over the last two seasons the Reserves have won back to back promotions. They started life in Bracknell Town & District Sunday League Division One with a heavy defeat to Loveman United who had finished third last season. This weeks sees a home game against Athletico Ascot who went up with Woodley.
