Games to be played 9-12 December

The first team have two away games in the coming week; one in the league and one in the cup. On Saturday they visit Royal Wootton Bassett, this is the first time the sides have met this season with Bassett currently mid table. Woodley are looking for their first away points since late October and lost last week to leaders Highworth Town. On Tuesday United go to Thatcham Town in the Berks & Bucks Senior Cup. This will be another tough fixture with Thatcham going well in the league.

The Royals bad run of form continued last Saturday with a narrow defeat to Berks County in the Berkshire Trophy Centre Senior Cup. They face the same opposition this weekend in the league; Woodley are the away side.

After no game last week the 'A' side return to action hosting Braybrooke in the Berkshire Trophy Centre Intermediate Cup. Two points separate the sides in the league.

The 'B' team are also in cup action; they host Goring United Reserves in the Berkshire Trophy Centre Junior Cup. Both teams are going well in the league sitting fourth and third respectively.

Sunday Teams

The reserves made it six league wins in a row with a 5-2 victory at Braybrooke Athletic last Sunday. They have a massive game at third place Athletic Ascot. A United will see them open up a six point lead over Ascot and could see them go top if Warfield drop points.

The Sunday first team are without a game.
