Games to be played 11-14 November

The first team suffered two defeats over the last week. On Saturday they went down to an injury time winner at Windsor, then on Monday evening Burnham ran out 2-0 winners at Rivermoor Stadium. This week sees another double header. On Saturday they host Lydney Town; Woodley lost 1-0 when the sides met in the middle of October. Lydney are one point behind United but have played five fewer games. Woodley then visit Hellenic Division One East side Virginia Water on Tuesday evening in the Reading Invitation Senior Cup.

After losing their last three league matches The Royals will hope to have more luck in cup action. They have a home encounter with Berks County in the Berkshire Trophy Centre Senior Cup; both teams play in the same division with United currently seven points ahead.

The 'A' side ended their two game losing streak with a credible point at second placed Maidenhead Town Reserves. They are on the road again this week with a trip to Braybrooke; Woodley are currently one point and two places better off than their opponents.

Last weekend saw the 'B' team lose in the league for the first time this season. They will look to return to winning ways when they host Cintra Park Rovers. A United win could see them top the table come Saturday evening.

Sunday Teams

After three consecutive home games Woodley picked up a point on the road last Sunday. They are away again this week visiting Southcote Colts 'A'; three points for United will see them go above Southcote.

The reserves will look for revenge on the team that dumped them out of the BTDSFL Junior Cup last week. They host Bracknell Saint-Germain for the second consecutive week with Bracknell winning 3-2 winners last time.
