The Ladies travel to Ascot United for a 1st round tie - 2.00 pm ko.
Ascot United currently head Southern Region Women's Football League Premier Division following promotion from Division One last season, when the two teams played each other three times.
Ascot won both league matches and Woodley the league cup tie.
